An important part of Delta Vermont is the Delta Campus, located just a mile off of Exit 1 in Brattleboro, Vermont. The campus has been growing in concept for decades, but the vision is coming to fruition now with the building of affordable, high performance homes in the midst of sites for current and future businesses. Campus life will be enriched by access to a number of natural spaces and trails, onsite childcare, and a sense of community and well-being that ties it all together.
Revitalizing History
Delta Vermont’s interests go beyond the campus. In order to create the community that Delta Campus is becoming also means supporting the community within which Delta lives: Brattleboro, VT. Delta has acquired and refurbished two historic churches on Main Street in this vibrant community. The Stone Church is a venue for music and entertainment brought here from around the country. 190 Main now houses an innovative art space as well as high-efficiency rental spaces.
