Delta Vermont is always seeking ways of preserving and improving Brattleboro’s history

Many of our projects and properties are a balance of maintaining the sense of history in a place, while bolstering the space itself with modern conveniences and comforts.

Solar Hill
Right off of Exit 2 you’ll find Solar Hill. A beautiful home that has been converted to offices for therapists, professionals, and even one of Brattleboro’s oldest yoga studios (HIt the Spot Yoga). This property also connects to Neighborhood Schoolhouse, a nonprofit K–6 school focusing on compassionate education and environmental connection. This is aided by the property’s access to the 9+ miles of trails making up the Retreat Trails system.

190 Main Street
This former Baptist church in downtown Brattleboro is the home to Epsilon Spires, a bold art and performance space that focuses on light, science, innovation, and envelope pushing. The sanctuary in this church is extraordinary, with double-level seating and a historic Estes organ at its center. In the back of the building are rentable work spaces for artists and professionals as well as a community room, full kitchen, and common spaces. Learn more or visit.

The Stone Church
A premier music venue that brings talent from all over the world to perform right here in town. The amazing acoustics, paired with a full bar and expandable seating, makes The Stone Church a unique performance space with incredible character. As Covid has thrown some wrenches into how we convene to celebrate musicians, we’ve pivoted to a livecast model that is still bringing world=class talent to our thriving art community.

15 Grove Street
Just behind the Stone Church, 15 Grove is a commercial space that currently holds the AIDS Project of Southern Vermont as well as incubating Grateful Greens (now operating that the Cotton Mill in Brattleboro) which is an indoor growing operation that uses organic soil and seeds to make delicious, nutritious, and vibrantly crispy microgreens . This growing endeavor is providing food to our neighbors as well as being a model for indoor farming operations in small or urban areas.
